Question: Should I go for the dealer's for injector cleaning?

I would forgo it. As a rule of thumb, if it isn't in your owners manual, chances are it is not a service you need. As your car gets older and accumulates more miles, you can try over the counter products like BG 44K or Chevron Techron to clean up the injectors. For now, you should consider skipping the dealer's injector cleaning service and saving that money for a rainy day.
